I am an author, journalist, and book coach (my website is www.contentcoaching.com). I love music, meditation, and being close to nature.

I am working on a book called Words Unspoken which is about all the things we feel we should have said but didn't–the words of our hearts.

I am hoping to meet kindred souls here on Gaia.

I live in Ontario Canada, and also spend part of each year in Sedona Arizona, where I find much spiritual nourishment among the red rocks.

I have two wonderful children, both of whom are now young adults. One is a wildlife ecologist, the other is a geographer who specializes in wilderness areas, so it appears I have passed my love of nature on to them!
